This sheet makes one object.
It is a rectangle in the center, wedged shaped wings coming down either side, and wing tips.

The steps are: cut, fold, glue.
Cutting takes 20 to 40 minutes
Folding takes 40 to 60 minutes
Gluing takes 75 to 130 minutes

Folds have the printed surface on the outside of the fold, unless noted as an inverted fold.

Cut out, and fold, the parts on this sheet now.

Start by working on a flat surface. The flatter the surface, the flatter the object will be. Here is a diagram of the inner support pieces.

 << fig01.jpg>>

Glue part # 2 (LT. GREEN) to the FRONT of part # 1, using the center mark to align these pieces. Then glue down the other two sides.

Glue part # 3 (RED) to the back of part # 1 using the center mark to align. Then glue down the other two sides.

For parts # 4 (PINK) glue in the end tabs at proper rectangle corners, then tap down the longer edges.

Use diagram to find locations for parts # 5, 6, & 7.

Parts # 5 (DK. BLUE) need be centered to allow for the more difficult wing tip flaps to fit.

Start gluing part # 6's (LT. BLUE) .

The top is the last part to glue on. Start gluing the front center edge to align this piece.

Now glue the center rectangle down, centering it on the marks.
Allow to dry on the flat surface until firm.
Next glue down the wedge sides one at a time.
Lastly spend some time on the wing tips.

First align and glue just the back wing tip edge, lining up the detail. Do the other back edge of the opposite wing tip, then see that they are both on the same angle.

Now to get the wing tips parallel: glue the front edge of the wing tips...hold a flat square object (I use a triangle) down the center bottom line, and lean it into the wing tip. This will hold the wing tip parallel with the body while it dries. Finally glue down the outer edge of the wing tips one at a time.
Lastly check the gaps between the wings and wing tips, glue as needed.

Instructions for sheet 2 of 4

The part from Sheet 1, and all parts connected to it will be called The Main Assemblage.

Part 1 of sheet 2 is a square tube, just glue the long side.

Parts 2 . They are box shapes with two open sides .

Part 3 will wrap around the boxes of parts 4 & 5 when attached to the Main Assemblage.Just cut and fold no gluing yet .

Part 4 This shape is a box with one open end. The detail is on the inside so all folds are inverted except the flaps on the open end. First glue back the fore flaps on what will be the open end to reinforce that edge. Now glue other flaps to create the inner landing bay box.

Part 5 is the outer landing bay and is to contain part 4 the inner landing bay . After folding carefully cut out the white window, glue the sides , then insert and glue part 4 in to part 5 . Glue down the bottom .

Part 6 gets part 7 attached along its curved edge. Start with the center flaps to align, then move to one side at a time. Glue another set of flaps on part 6 to round the bottom .

Part 8 requires carful removal of the tiny white center, and cutting and folding of flaps to create the front sleeve for Part 1 on the Main Assemblage.

Now you are ready to attach the pieces to the Main Assemblage.

Glue part 1 to the Main Assemblage, aligning the center marks both top and bottom. Then glue the side flaps down.

Next glue in parts 2 on each side of part 1, with the open sides facing out .

Part 3 goes on top of the Main Assemblage Glue a long flap of part 3 to the Main Assemblage, along the fold between the center and the wing
Have other long flap glued (ready) when you place part 5 (containing part 4) on the Main Assemblage. Wrap part 3 around this box, secure the glued flap in under it. It is (as in needs to be) a tight fit.Do Not Glue Part 5 to the Main Assemblage . Then glue down the edges that cover the side portions of parts 2.

Part 6 fits on the bottom of the Main Assemblage near where part 1 & 2 were attached. Glue the long flaps first, one side then the other. Try to hold their front edge within the boundary of the Main Assemblage as they dry. The flatter end of piece 7 needs to be glued down carefully, aligning the tip with the center mark Then glue down the front edges that cover the same portion of part 3.

Part 8 has to be fitted over part 1 and glued down with the flaps of pieces 3 & 6. This will take some maneuvering but it can be done.

Lastly trim off any excess of part 8 that may exceed the bounds of the Main Assemblage .

Sheet 3

This sheet will make two things ( Thing A , Thing B )
These will attach to the Main assemblage

Thing A :
Start with part #1 and work on a flat surface

Glue part #2 to the back side of part #1 . Start with the center mark , work down one side then the other .

Glue the side flaps of part # 3 to side flaps of part #2 . They are the same size . Now glue the curved part down to part #1 .

Glue in parts #4 , #5 , #6 , down onto part #1 as diagramed .

<<fig02.jpg>>

Glue part #7 on top , lining up the center marks .

Part #8 makes a box shape with an open bottom and a wedged/angled back .
Glue it to part #7 . Line up the center line . And line up the front to the perpendicular stop line towards the center of part #7.

Part #9 is a bowl shape . Glue it to part #7 fitting the indentation around part #8 .

Part #10 is a bowl shape . Glue it to the bottom of part #1 . Line it up with center line and stop mark .

Thing A is now done .

Glue Thing A to the Main Assemblage , on the end of part #1 of sheet 2 .
Line it up with center marks and make strait and level .let dry .

Thing B

Thing B is a horse shoe shape . Part #11 is inverted except the flaps on the end of the long straight part . Draw a center line down the back ( unprinted side ) you will need it later .
Glue flaps to long sides , set aside .

Part #12 . Glue flaps to long edge .
Fold back and glue green triangle flap , it's to strengthen the edge (The word " Fold " and a line is pointing at it ) .
Carefully working one or two flaps at a time , glue part #11 into the back indentation of part #12 .
Fold down and glue back grills of part #12 .
Lastly glue large flaps of part #12 to the bottom of part #11 alining with the center line you put on the back side of part #11 .

Thing B is done

There are no centering marks to attach thing B to the Main Assemblage .
It fits above part #5 of sheet 2 .You must align back edges and center detail by eye ( it's not that hard )
There are no flaps , apply glue to inside of front curved edge. Put in place and hold till dry .Do not glue to part #5 of sheet 2 . The landing bay is meant to be removable .

Sheet 4 will be along soon and will include the warp engines , weapons turents ( smallest parts in this kit ) a landing gear and two shuttle craft .

 Sheet 4 of 4

Parts 1 - 6 makes two engines
Parts 7 are two shuttle craft
Parts 8 are weapon turrets . The parts are small so I added handles for
holding them .
Parts 9 - 11 is a landing gear .

Parts 1 - 6 makes a pair of tube shapes , with flat sides .

Part 1 , draw two lines on the unprinted side , these are used for
alignment of parts 2 and 3 . They should match the two black lines on the
printed side .

Part 2 , glue the long flaps first , then one at a time glue down the
rounded endcaps , . Glue part 2 on to the back of part 1 , use the lines
you drew to aline part 2 on the back edge of part 1 .The green side
should be on the outside edge . Note the placement of tops and bottoms of
parts .

Part 3 , assembles like part 2 . Glue one along the front edge of Part 1
, the other glue between Part 2 and 3 .Let dry .
Work on a flat surface . Put glue on Parts 2 - 3 and roll Part 1 around
Parts 2 - 3 . Now glue the flap and roll the bottom of Part 1 .

We will call this assemblage E

Part 4 is a triangle tube with rounded endcaps .Glue this on the front of
assemblage E . The rounded ends are the top and bottom of this part .

Part 5 fits on the rounded wedge space between assemblage E and Part 4
.The rounded edge of Part 5 goes agents Part 4 .

Part 6 wraps around Part 4 , between the Parts 5 and onto the assemblage
E .Note , postilion of Tops and Bottoms of Parts .

Repeat to make the other assemlage E

Assemblage E . One is right handed , the other is left .Look on the top
center you should see two rectangles . The odd shape rectangle on
assemblage E is where that part glues to the wing tip of the main
assemblage .

Part 7 makes a box shape

Part 8 makes 8 cup shapes with handles . The handles are attached to the
back of Part 8 , the open side is the bottom .Cut the handles off just
before gluing .Glue them on to the main assemblage . They go on
rectangle dark spots with rounded corners . The arrow on the sheet is
pointing at an example of the dark spot .The spots are located on the
main assemblage : Two on the top back edge , ether side of the landing
bay , fore go around the center and two under the front .

Part 9 is a box shape with one opened side . The open side is the top .

Part 10 fold in half and glue

Part 11 fold in half and glue

Part 10 glue on to the top of Part 9 . Part 11 glue on to the bottom of
part 9
This is the landing gear . It's optional .
