BRETONNIAN FIELD AND HERALDRY
Even though you may not collect a Bretonnian army,
the techniques shown below can be applied to most
any force – regardless of which game range
it's from.
Preparation
First, decide on what you would like the shield's
field to look like. It could be a solid color, halved,
quartered, checked, or divided up in any way you
see fit. We chose a quartered field. Some other

Bretonnian Shields.
Note: To help you hold the shield while
painting, use a piece of Blu-Tac to attach the shield
to a suitable project stand.
