Converted Ork Shootas

Orc weapons are usually a hodgepodge of stolen slag, a little Orky "injunewity," and luck. Essentially, if it works when it's first built and continues to function during a firefight, the Mekboy did a fine job! Below are three examples of Ork Shootas, all of which were constructed with plastic bitz only.

Click the images below to see larger versions.

Ork 'Eavy Shoota
1
Track down the two Ork Shootas shown above.
2
Cut each of the guns as shown above with a sharp X-Acto knife. Trim the cut surfaces so they're flat.
3
Use plastic glue to attach the barrel of gun "B" to the stock of gun "A." You can place the unused bitz in your bitz box.
4
Once the glue dries, drill out the muzzle of the 'Eavy Shoota with your pin vise. Dakka!

Ork Big Shoota
1
Use the three Ork Shootas shown above.
2
Cut the clip off of gun "C."
3
Shave the top and sight off of gun "A." Make sure it's very smooth.
4
Cut off the clip and grip from gun "B." Just like gun "A," make sure the cut is smooth.
5
Use plastic glue to attach gun "A" to the bottom of gun "B."
6
Glue the clip of gun "C" to the chamber on the right side of gun "B."
7
Once the glue dries, drill out both of the muzzles with your pin vise. Dakka Dakka!

Ork Shoota/Burna
1
Use an Ork Shoota and an Imperial Guard flamer.
2
Cut the flamer apart just after the intake valve. Also remove the strap hook.
3
Cut off the hose. You can remake this hose later with guitar wire if you'd like.
4
Carefully shave off the top of the flamer.
5
Glue the bottom of the Shoota to the top of the flamer.
6
Once the glue dries, drill out both of the muzzles of the Shoota and flamer with your pin vise. Dakka Whoosh!
