How to get it into CC3 ====================== ====================== -Copy the folder "EZDungeons" to the folder /Symbols/User/ in your CC3 installation directory -Copy the Drawing "Fat Dragon Games Template New.FCW" to the /CC3 root folder Important stuff you should know about: ======================================= ======================================= - You will need to have CC3 with the latest patches (Version 3.24) installed. -The drawing template I have provided you with is also building on the Dungeon Designer 3 Addon for CC3. If you do not have that Addon then you might have to create your own drawing template for CC3. - In case you have to rebuild the symbol catalog for CC3 then please refer to this excellent tutorial: http://www.profantasy.com/library/tutorials/How_To_-_Symbol_Catalog_from_PNGs.pdf - You will have to change some settings from that tutorial: Step 3, Page 9: Change the value for the "pixels per drawing unit" to 55 as opposed to 40 in the tutorial. Otherwise the tiles will not fit into the drawing. - If you have to create a new template drawing then you will have to use the following settings: Dimensions :Remember that the unit is inches, so dont use the values proposed by default (1000*800). Use something that does not have to be printed with a building sized printer :) Grid Spacing :Should be 2 instead of 50 Snap and Grid settings ====================== Create a new Snap Gritting template with the name of "2'Grid,2 Snaps". It's a Square Grid where Snap Division is 2 and Spacing is 2. That creates the right size of the grid snap and does not make placing tiles too complicated. The whole package is provided as is and everyone is free to alter, change and enhance it. All I ask is that if everyone that has a good addition to this set is going to post it to the Fat Dragon Games forum so that everyone else can benefit from it. The Fat Dragon Games Forum can be found at http://fatdragongames.proboards.com/index.cgi Thanks to Fat Dragon Games from creating their amazing EZ Dungeon tiles and thanks to ProFantasy for creating this awesome piece of software called Campaign Cartographer.
